We at HAUZ are currently working hard on improvements and additional features to ensure you will experience an all-in-one HR management system.
The year 2020 will be busy for our company and we would like share what has been released in our HAUZ platform so far:
Released Updates:

New Web Portal:
- The web-based portal for HAUZ has received a huge makeover! With a completely new design and UI.
- The brand new dashboard comes with an interactive map and activity list (clocked-in, clocked-out, and interval report) at the sidebar. When an activity is clicked, it will automatically show you on the map and pin where the activity was taken.
- Lists of your locations and sites that you have add on can be managed and filter on the dashboard.
- Pin: The pin feature on the portal lets you add on new locations of your sites and edit them from there. It also comes with a QR Generator where you are now able to generate and print out QR codes for your locations on your own.
- Contract: If you have locations that are temporarily, you can assign them as a contract instead where you input the starting date of the contract and the end date.
- Profile: Let’s you create, view, and manage your employee details. You can also generate your employee’s QR codes from this section tab.
- Group: Create, view, and manage your teams and departments by using the Group feature. It makes it easier for the management to assign shifts to multiple employees by placing them in a group.
- Leave: Manually input leaves of your staff that you have approved in the Leave tab. Once it has be created, it will appear on the calendar for your viewing.
- Calendar: The calendar let’s you assign shifts for your staffs and let’s your view all holidays and leaves that you have created in the Leave tab.
- The report section comes with 9 basic reports (Detailed Clock Report, Area Report, Site Report, Manpower Summary Report, Invoice, Individual Timesheet, Clocking Report, Interval report, and Individual Interval report). Companies may request additional custom reports that suits their needs
- EFP (Effective Financial Planning) now shows detail payments and Gross Total for your employees as well as another submenu to setup the employee rates depending on your company.
- The settings tab now comes with five tabs where you will be able to view your company info, assign managers and supervisors to use the web-portal, details of your company, add holidays, and change of password.

The new HQ Lite:
- HAUZ has now released a new mobile application which focuses more for the management teams and supervisors.
- You are able to view all clock-ins, clock-outs, and interval reports of your employees through the application.
- View a list of your employees that are divided to two sections: Supervisor and Staff.
- Edit employee pins based on the locations you assigned them to.
- You can now view, create, and edit shifts for teams and employees on your mobile phone.
- Instead of having to head back to your laptop to download and print out reports, the HQ Lite lets you download any report that you need from your phone!

Payroll compatibility:
- If you happen to have a payroll software, well you are in luck, HAUZ solutions is able to integrate with other payroll softwares to ensure you have a complete all-in-one workforce management in your hands!
